ValehouseRebar has acquired enough experience to be able to face large projects such as real estate, retail, commercial and industrial, developing steel production management processes and steel detailing to provide our clients with the optimization of their projects in terms of their schedule and budget. Projects such as Via Mizner (Hotel and Residence), 475 Royal Palm, both with two basement levels and more than 10 tower levels, in which the steel of all the structural elements referring to division 3 and 4 was detailed and managed. A great challenge for our company was the Block G building belonging to the Miami world center master project, with more than 40 levels and more than 2 million pounds of rebar detailed and managed. Other projects that contributed experience were Palace at Weston, with 4 million pounds of rebar, and Mimo Bay with 1.5 million pounds of detailed and managed rebar, generating a great experience for our professionals.
